This day is observed as, Vachan Prerana Diwas in the school we celebrated ” Vachan Divas ” in very unique manner. Our librarian Mrs Poonam observed the children since last two years in her online sessions during pandemic as well as off-line library sessions in this academic year also. She kept it secret from the children that they were being continuously observed. She did her observations under certain criteria.The selection of the books , reading habits, knowledge they acquired , handling of the books ,and very important , the interest and the discipline maintained by them. And then she selected some children for awarding them as ” Star Readers ” of the year. Very important and inspiring thing is , she spent on her own to buy the medals and books for awarding the children.
