Earn & Learn Activity 2025
Dear Students and Parents,
This is a reminder regarding the Earn and Learn activity, as already informed in the group. The event will be held on Wednesday, 30th April.
Parents may assist the children, but not more than three persons per table including the student. No other school student is allowed to enter our school premises to assist the participants.
Entries will be allowed till 26th April, 12 noon, as we have to book the tables.
Participation Fee: ₹200 per table. Students are kindly requested to submit the amount to their respective class teachers.
Important Instructions for Students:
- If you are setting up a food stall, please maintain proper hygiene. Use hand gloves and a cap.
- Each group should display the name of their stall and the items being sold on a clearly visible board or poster. You should bring all necessary stationery and decorative items required for the stall.
- Bring dustbin bags to collect and dispose of waste properly.
- If you require electricity, inform the school well in advance and bring your own extension board.
- Only induction stoves are allowed for cooking. Other appliances are not permitted.
- On 30th April, students must report to the school premises sharp at 7:00 AM with all required materials.
- The activity will run from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM. Please adhere to the schedule.
- After 10:00 AM, you should begin winding up your stall. Students may leave the premises with their parents after the activity concludes.
Participants will come to school along with their parents, and while leaving the school, they should also go with their parents.
Non-participant students will have regular bus service.
