Annual Day 2025– Instructions & Guidelines , Venue: Kalidas

Participants: School Management, Teachers, Volunteers, Students

  1. Seating Arrangement-
  • Pre-Primary, Primary, and Secondary students will be seated in the balcony area.
  • Senior citizens will be given first preference while entering the auditorium.
  • Separate queues will be formed for Pre-Primary, Primary, and Secondary sections to avoid confusion.
  1. Arrival & Reporting Time-
  • Students and parents from all sections must arrive at 10:30 a.m. sharp.
  • All stakeholders are instructed to adhere strictly to the given time.
  1. Student Movement & Handover-
  • After each dance performance, students will be escorted in a disciplined manner.
  • A designated collection point will be announced.
  • Parents must collect their ward only from the specified area.
  • Teachers will assist in gathering students and handing them over to their respective class teachers inside the auditorium.
  1. Discipline & Auditorium Etiquette
  • Teachers and volunteers will help in maintaining silence inside the auditorium.
  • Parents must strictly follow announcements.
  • Parents are requested to avoid leaving their seats frequently during the event.
    No parents are allowed near the stage for photography, as a professional photographer and live telecast have been arranged.
  1. Rehearsals
  • It was emphasized that no student should remain absent in the coming week, as rehearsals are in progress.
  1. Belongings & Costume Management
  • Parents must label all belongings and costume bags clearly.
  • Personal belongings should be kept safely, the school will not be responsible for loss or misplacement.
  • Students should wear body-fitting inners, not longer than the costume provided, for easy costume change and return.
  1. Food & Entry
  • Only dry snacks are permitted in tiffin boxes.
  • No packet food or sachets are allowed.
  • Parents must carry the entry pass without fail.

Parents and attendees are requested to maintain silence during the formal function, including speeches and ceremonial proceedings, to ensure decorum and smooth conduct of the program.
