NOTICE FOR NOTEBOOK COLLECTION

Dear Parents,

This is to inform you about the Collection of notebooks for the academic year 2025-2026. Please take note of the following schedule:

Date & Time for Nursery, JrKG & SrKG:

Friday, 28th March 2025

Time: 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM only.
( School Office on the first floor)

Class-wise Payments:

Nursery & JrKG – In-charge: Mrs Nilakshi

SrKG – In-charge: Mrs Anita Rai

Please follow the procedure to collect the notebooks :

1) Parents are requested to make the payment for the notebooks before the collection.
Payment should be done Online only.
No cash or cheques will be accepted

2) After payment, the clerk will provide a slip as proof of payment.

3) Parents are requested to show the same slip to the respective class teachers while collecting the notebooks.
“Kindly bring a Carry Bag with you”

We request all parents to kindly adhere to the schedule and ensure the smooth collection process.
