LOC Verification and Signing – Important Instructions for Parents

Dear Parents,

This is to inform you that both parents are required to be present on 6th October 2026 at 7:30 a.m. for the verification and signing of the LOC (List of Candidates).Parents are requested to carefully check all the details mentioned in the LOC and report any corrections, if required.

Parents should not make any corrections themselves. They must inform the teacher and ensure that the teacher marks the corrections as instructed using a red pen._ Please carry the following documents for reference:- Aadhaar Card of the child- Caste Certificate, if applicable- Other required documents, as applicable- Documents may be carried in original, photocopy (Xerox), or on mobile for reference.Parents are also required to give the undertaking as part of the LOC process.After thoroughly checking all the details, both parents must sign the LOC. Both parents’ signatures are mandatory after completion of the verification process.Kindly ensure that all details are checked carefully before signing the LOC.Your cooperation is highly appreciated.
