To: Class Teachers of Pre-Primary to Class 10

Subject: Details of Students Using Private Vans

1. Collect names of students in your class who come to school and go home by private van.
2. Forms:

• Pre-Primary & Primary: Collect forms from Dipesh Sir
• Secondary: Collect forms from Ghaware Sir

1. Process:

• Hand over the form to parents.
• Parents must fill the form and attach a photocopy of the driver’s Aadhaar card + contact number.
• Check that all details are complete.
• Submit completed forms to:
  • Pre-Primary & Primary: Dipesh Sir
  • Secondary: Ghaware Sir

Complete this by Saturday, 27th June 2026.
